Credit Card Orders

All credit card details on this website are handled securely to ensure confidentiality and 128 bit SSL encryption is employed to ensure sensitive data is protected during transmission over the internet.

Purchases will appear on your card statement as being from SIMPLY THE BEST, SPAIN and will be in British Pounds (£). We will not charge your card until goods are ready to despatch to you. You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order, and a second email confirming despatch once your credit card charge is approved by your bank. Orders placed can be cancelled by the customer at any time before despatch of the goods. This period is usually 24 hours from placement of your order.

Returns & Refunds

Faulty toys are very rare, but if you do receive a defective item please contact us first to obtain return authorisation and the UK address that you can return the faulty item to. Please do NOT return items to us here in Spain without authorisation.

We do not usually issue refunds unless a return authorisation is requested within 7 days of receipt, and the goods are unopened and unmarked, and complete with their original packaging.
