Shipping Costs

Delivery is completely FREE to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery is £8 per order to Eire and to other countries in Europe. Order from outside of Europe please email with details of your order and we will advise you of the delivery charge as these vary from country to country.

Shipping Information

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All goods are sent by a Recorded Delivery service requiring a signature - this means goods will not be left on the doorstep or with neighbours, and therefore enables a fully discreet service.

United Kingdom orders are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 1.35kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.

For Eire and European orders, goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight, goods are sent via a courier service (Business Post). Business Post make a charge of £12 to return a package to our dispatch depot if they have not been able to deliver. This charge we must pass onto the customer - therefore please make sure that if Business Post has left a card for you to arrange delivery of your parcel, you contact your local Business Post depot straight away. (Please note we do not charge the customer the cost of re-dispatching your parcel to you. We only charge the returned package fee of £12.)

Delivery Period

Goods that are in stock are despatched within two working days of receipt of your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. If for any reason an item is temporarily out of stock, we would expect to despatch the goods within ten days. Occasionally mail services can be slower, so we request that you only contact us if you have not received your full order 14 days after you placed the order.
