Is delivery discreet and is ordering confidential?

Yes. We send your order in packaging that does not indicate the contents, and the words "xxx" or "sex toys" does not appear anywhere on that packaging. Your credit card is charged in our company name of SIMPLY THE BEST, BENALMADENA, SPAIN and not in the name of our website - this ensures that SimplyXxxToys.com does not appear on your bank or credit card statement.

What are your postage and packing charges?

Delivery is completely FREE to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery is £8 per order to Eire and to other countries in Europe. Order from outside of Europe please email with details of your order and we will advise you of the delivery charge as these vary from country to country.

Do you accept international orders?

We only ship to the United Kingdon, Eire, and to Europe.

How do you deliver your orders?

All goods are sent by a Recorded Delivery service requiring a signature - this means goods will not be left on the doorstep or with neighbours, and therefore enables a fully discreet service. United Kingdom orders are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 1.35kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service. For Eire and European orders, goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight, goods are sent via a courier service.

Is delivery guaranteed?

Yes, absolutely.

What is your delivery period?

Goods that are in stock are despatched within two working days of receipt of your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. If for any reason an item is temporarily out of stock, we would expect to despatch the goods within ten days. Occasionally mail services can be slower, so we request that you only contact us if you have not received your full order 14 days after you placed the order.

My order has not arrived after 14 days. What do I do?

The charge will be in the name of SIMPLY THE BEST, BENALMADENA, SPAIN and there will be no reference to SimplyXxxToys.com or the nature of the items ordered.

What currency will the charge be in?

Your card will be charged in British Pounds. If you live in Eire or Europe, your bank will convert the amount of the British Pounds charge into Euros at the exchange rate applicable at the time we charge your card.

Can I pay by methods other than credit card?

Yes! We accept orders by UK cheque, UK postal orders, or by UK cash. Please see the How To Order section for further information.

Do I have to register on your website to place an order?

No. You can still order without registering. The advantage of registering is that if you place a second order you will not have to fill in your personal details again on the order form during checkout.

Are all of your items in stock?

At any time virtually all of the items on this website are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. Occasionally an item may be out of stock for a short period of time, usually no longer than 7 days.

How do I return an order?

We only accept returns if an item is faulty or if the packing department has made an error and has sent you the wrong item (this only happens very very rarely). If you do receive a faulty or incorrect item, please do NOT return it to us. Instead follow the instructions in the Contact Details section.
